What’s In A Name

What's in a name it has been asked
By poets and writers throughout history
It is merely a way of addressing a man
It surely is no great mystery.

But what is to some mysterious and wonderfully strange
Is the power in My particular name
No mystery to Me, it’s My Father’s Word manifested
And it’s in His name His children will be tested.

He is called in The Book of Instructions
By more than just one name
And I am My Father’s Only Begotten Son
He and I are one in the same.

And whatsoever ye shall ask in It, that will I do
That the Father may be glorified in the Son to you.
Any of the following names will suffice
In the end, they all mean Life.

Call Me –
Master, Messiah, Savior, Comforter;
Deliverer, Wonderful, Jehovah, Counselor;
Eloween, Emmanuel, Elshaid, Emancipator
Yawah, Omnipotent, Redeemer, Healer.

Those gone home call Me –
I Am, Holy Ghost, Heavenly Father, Mighty God;
The Almighty, The Shepherd, The Poet, The Word;
The Guide, The Resurrection, The Potter, The Carpenter;
The Anointed One, The Solid Rock, and The Chief Gardner.

Some call Me -
Prince of Peace, Lord of Lords, Alpha and Omega, King of Kings;
The Spirit of Life, The Prince of Life, The Bread of Life, The Tree of Life;
The Lamb of God, The Lily of the Valley, The Rose of Sharron,
The Mender of Broken Hearts.

In Zion I’m called –
The King of the Jews, The Blood of the Lamb, The Light of the World,
The Rock of Salvation;
The Son of the Living God, The Bright and Morning Star,
The Beginning and The End, The First and The Last;
The Creator of Heaven and Earth, The Author and Finisher of Your Faith, and
The Way, The Truth and The Light.

Keep walking with Me, The God of More Than Enough
I’ll lift you up when times get tough
I’ll hear your cries, you’ll hear Me say,
There’s no need to fear - I know what you need - And it's on it's way”.
