Have I Have I done the things today, O Lord, that You would have me do? Have I followed Your instructions, and to Your plan remained true? Have I been the kind of friend to others that I would like to have? Have I helped someone to find the way, along Your chosen path? Have I lived the way You want O Lord, not thinking only of me? Have I told someone about Your love, abiding grace and mercy? Have I shared the gifts You gave to me with others as You wish? Have I demonstrated to my brothers Your lovingkindness? Have I done the things today, O Lord, that You would ask of me? Have I been the kind of friend to others that You would have me be? Have others seen Your love in me revealed in the things that I do? I hope they have, ‘cause I have seen Your love for me in You. © |
